Join us in welcoming Plantana # 5 to our short term rental pool.

Upon entering this stunning condo, you'll immediately notice the spaciousness and unobstructed views of the lush tropical landscaping which can be clearly seen through the open livining area and large glass patio doors which beautifully frame the spectacular backdrop of Seven Mile Beach and the Caribbean sea.

The living area provides ample seating for you and your guests to comfortably lounge around or watch TV without feeling crowded. If you're looking to enjoy the Caribbean weather, step out onto the screened-in patio area and listen to the birds sing or enjoy the refreshing breeze blowing and watch the jaw dropping sunsets every evening without concern of insects.

The modern kitchen which is adjacent to the dining area which comfortably seats 6 guests, is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to cook and dine during your stay. There is also outdoor dining furniture in the screened in patio area which can seat 4 guests if you prefer dining al fresco.

The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom with standup shower, while the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. Additionally, the living area features a lounge seat that folds out into a twin-sized sleeper bed if required.

The second bathroom, located off the living area, serves the guests staying in the second bedroom as well as anyone occupying the living area. This bathroom includes a shower and tub combo and is also the location of the washer and dryer.

Plantana Condos boasts one of the most pristine and widest sections of Seven Mile Beach, with soft white sand leading to the warm turquoise Caribbean Sea. There are plenty of shaded areas to escape the sun and there are unobstructed oceanfront views from every corner of the property.
