This is Curtis Connor, Owner of ConnorsCharters. I have never been more disrespected in my life when the Marine Officer from Little Cayman approached me in front of all my guest/passengers and asked what I’m doing in Little Cayman.. I told him in showing my guests around the island (aka on a charter). He had the audacity to tell me not to bring too many people to Little Cayman because all they do is purchase all the land. He also questioned me about another boat that was at Owen Island.. I told him that the boat had a bunch of school boys (young adults/teens). I AM A CAYMANIAN. Who is he to be talking to me or anyone else like this? I don’t need to ask anyone permission, especially a Marine Officer to visit Little Cayman! Something needs to be done about people coming here and believing they own Little Cayman.. acting as if Caymanians aren’t allowed AND making Caymanians feel unwelcomed.😡
