Thank you 2023!

This year I was more confident in my any decisions- work, personal and other life aspects!

We did very good work with team and many FIRST TIMES achieved this year - like in picture our first team corporate New Year Celebration!

We hosted first time very well known star, moved to coworking space, started to work with international tour operators, Christmas in Uzbekistan for American family all in all this year hosted around 300 Guests.

To me it’s big success in my confidence! I trust people , people trust me :) I love my team - together we did very good!

In personal achievements- I’ve visited 12 countries, expanded more my vision to world and in general understood there is no limits! Unless you have dreams and energy - world is open to you!

Today we had very inter Guest from Greece 🇬🇷- professional Armrestler

Interesting story: two days Guest was cancelling tour before 30 min.
First day ok we excused, but on second day just before the tour She cancelled by saying individual tour is expensive…. 🤷‍♀️

We couldn’t take deposit upfront because request was in one day, that’s why agreed and very quickly managed the tour and great team to complete this customised tour. So it was $170 total for couple. Including driver, guide, entrance fees for 5h

How we solved: talked to the Guest and more detailed explained what she could miss and stayed in Hotel and doing nothing. I usually convince and highlight yes! Because I love to travel myself and when I see such cancellations to be honest I’m mad and furious. But never show it at my job, swallow and walk again.

But at the end look how Happy she is
We treated chocolate, introduced with our culture, made great photo session and besides discount for the tour.

Why I did so? Because I want everyone to see such opportunities like a big Almaty lake, it was closed officiallly for 3 years and now again open and besides water Color the most attractive and turquoise in September and October.

Every time I will start to share some work struggles and stress here besides beauty of Kazakhstan

And please don’t ask from us discounts… we do cherish and know our service. We value guests so please do you too 🙏

Village Lepsi Zhetysu Region

This region very rich for honey products and number two after East Kazakhstan.

Honey industry moved to here from Altai (Russia) in the time when Cossacks from Russia began to be brought to these lands.

Till nowadays we can see families of Cossacks and Tatars in this small village, they preserved their ethnicity and culture and by evening possibly to hear accordion 🪗 sounds

🔶 Leading aviation news site Simpleflying.com wrote Garuda Indonesia Poised For Direct Flights To Kazakhstan.
The article says that Indonesia's flag carrier may open a transit route at one of Kazakhstan's international airports to serve flights to Europe and beyond.
It is mentioned that such an event is facilitated by the “open skies” regime introduced in Kazakhstan.
It is noted that this initiative will create favorable conditions for Kazakh and Indonesian travelers.

Nauryz is a very important holiday for Kazakhs, which marks the beginning of a new year. It is celebrated several days starting from 21st of March, the day of the spring equinox.

Kolsay lake 🪄 in winter

Lakes of landslide-tectonic origin, approximately formed in 1887 and 1911 on the Kaindy and Kolsay rivers

There are guest-houses and campsites in the nearby village of Saty. There is a 25 km hiking route that begins at the lower lake, progresses by the Kolsay lakes, and moves over the Sary-Bulak pass (3,278 m). The route takes three days by foot, or one day by horse. Kolsay Lakes are a popular mountain tourism destination in the region. Hiking trails to Kolsay Lakes are relatively accessible for beginners. Popular activities in the area include picnics, horse riding, and mountain biking. April to late September are standard periods for camping in the area.

On this day, it is customary to express gratitude and appreciation to those who do good deeds and help people, as well as to encourage people to take care of their families, relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbors.

☘️ Many Kazakhstanis spend this day with their families, prepare festive treats, give gifts and make pleasant surprises to their loved ones. On this day, charity events are organized in support of those in need.

☘️ The Day of Gratitude was proposed to be established at the XXII session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in 2015. Since then, this holiday has been celebrated annually on the first day of spring.

Initially, this holiday concerned the relationship of ethnic groups to each other and, first of all, expressed gratitude to the Kazakh people, who in the 30-50s accepted people of different nationalities on their land.

Earlier, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev The President noted the special meaning and deep symbolism of the holiday, emphasizing that "its values embody the strong traditions of mutual assistance and the indestructible unity of the Kazakh people."

🇬🇧 Happy New 2023 Year!

This year 2022 for Kazakhstan was like Demon and God! At the beginning of the year just after celebrating New Year we faced terrors on 5th January in Almaty , massive riots which lasted 5 days without justice, don’t even want to remember those days 😒 fear, losses and deaths …

After riots was a light we united and started to help to each other in city and country and President showed his leadership, fast decision making and diplomacy just after this moment.

And brighter side :) for Kazakhstan this year in tourism was absolutely success! We hosted in general more than 80K guests from abroad. Kazakhstan has expanded to 80 countries visa free.

🥳 And personally we hosted over 250 Guests, opened tours to Western Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, made horseback riding anһd cycling tours.

I would like to express my gratitude to all of you, thank you for trust and taking tours with us!
To me was very valuable to meet you personally and who I couldn’t meet I value a lot your time with us, with team 🥹💫
I met finally some of you from IG in live, we spend really great time 😀 without you I couldn’t reach this work success, my personal growth, mental changes, we always shared wisdom and stories back and forward and I value this a lot 🙏

После того, как беспорядки прошли налегке, мы объединились и начали помогать друг другу в городе и стране, и именно в этот момент Президент показал свое лидерство, быстроту принятия решений и дипломатию.
И самое приятное :) для Казахстана этот год в туризме был абсолютно успешным! Всего мы приняли более 80 тысяч гостей из-за рубежа. Казахстан расширил безвизовый режим до 80 стран

🇬🇧 Sultan Epe- underground Mosque 🕌 in the Rock 8-12 b.c

When I went inside mosque sharply felt very bad headache- pressure , maybe because it’s below sea level or incomprehensible energy.

It’s in Mangystau region - near mosque there is also oasis pure spring cold water , which contains particles of silver just in the middle of the steppe.

I stuck when I saw randomly at the entrance famous symbol open palm ✋ in Islam religion it’s says Fatima Palm-Hamsa, protective amulet. When I saw it my feelings mixed with excitement and sorrow at the same time. I can say this mosque is mystical…

In Islam, five fingers on the hand means the family of the prophet Muhammad also symbolizes the five pillars of Islam: faith, fasting, hajj, prayer, charity

When you will visit Mangystau you should to experience this, going inside mosque , study architecture and feel that energy, my feelings was awkward I can’t even explain - I felt fear, anxiety, pressure and nothing. Later guide told us here nearby also Necropolis….

🇰🇿Султан Эпе (Үпі) - подземная мечеть 🕌 в Скале 8-12 г. до н.э.

Когда зашла внутрь мечети резко почувствовала очень сильную головную боль-давление, может от того что ниже уровня моря или непонятная энергетика.

Мечеть находится в Мангистауской области - возле мечети, есть оазис чистой родниковой холодной воды, в которой есть частички серебра.

когда случайно увидела на входе знаменитый символ раскрытой ладони ✋ в религии ислама это рука Фатимы - Хамса, защитный амулет, нахлынули непонятные чувства - восхищения и сожаления.

Рука В исламе означает, семью пророка Мухаммеда, также символизируют пять столпов ислама: веру, пост, хадж, молитву, благотворительность.

Когда вы будете в Мангистау, вы должны испытать это, зайдя внутрь мечети, изучить архитектуру и почувствовать эту энергию, мои чувства были неоднозначны, я даже не могу объяснить - я чувствовала страх, тревогу, давление и ничего. Позже гид рассказал нам, что здесь рядом еще и Некрополь….

📍 Bozjyra - Ustyurt plateau - Mangystau region

Bozjyra as the border between plateau and lowlands is one piece of the Mangystau mosaic.

The name Bozjyra itself emphasizes not the cliffs (the steep edges of the Ustyurt Plateau), and not on the bizarrely shaped buttes. The word zhyra—“pothole, gully, ravine”—refers to the geological processes that formed this valley. Boz—“light gray, whitish, ash gray”—can also mean “feather grass” or “salt flat.”

This Martian Landscape - should visit in proper time and light to see it all magnificent beauty from different angles
