Conceiving a work imposes the respect of some technical rules and the assertion of an art that allows imagining the beautiful form.

Nevertheless, the solution falls within the competence of the Architect Leader (Maitre d’Oeuvre). People from different specializations launched the activities of “Atelier 12” in November 2000.The established team helps introducing diversity into the workshop and deploying all skills to make each intervention, each planning, each building an opportunity to smarten up the city. Intervention Modes a

nd concerns:

The company as a whole tends to develop a new strategy on the architectural, urban, social and cultural levels. The experience we can get depends of its environment. Every moment, the eye has an opportunity to discover a new scenery or a new perspective, in fact an observant sees the physical appearance of an object attractive thanks to the quality.The active movement between the operational and the method comes from multiple and detailed studies over the social, urban, cultural and architectural context of each intervention carried out or each conception to emerge. Four main points leads our work:
1- Local authorities: private and public equipment, public space and urban planning.
2- Local parishes: place of worship and meeting place.
3- Housing: private and collective.
4- Research in many fields: culture, heritage and waqfs (religious committees). Leadership:
