عقد مجلس نقابة أصحاب المطاعم والمقاهي والملاهي والباتيسري في لبنان برئاسة النقيب طوني الرامي اجتماعًا اليوم في مكتب النقابة، وصدر عنه البيان الآتي:
“في لبنان، هناك خبران أبيضان يجلبان الفرح والأمل في هذا الموسم الشتوي: الأول هو ولادة الحكومة الجديدة التي تحمل في طيّاتها فجرًا جديدًا من الاستقرار والتنمية والثاني هو قدوم الثلج الذي يعلن عن بداية موسم التزلج.
بناءً عليه تدعو النقابة جميع روّاد السياحة وأبناء الاغتراب للاستفادة من موسم التزلج الذي يعيد الحياة إلى المناطق الجبلية، ويجعلها وجهة مثالية للمتعة والمرح. ونؤكد أن المطاعم وأماكن السهر في مناطق الثلج جاهزة لاستقبال الزوار بأجواء دافئة ومميزة، حيث توفر لهم أفضل التجارب الترفيهية.
كما تعمل كافة المؤسسات على تقديم خدمات سياحية مميّزة بمناسبة عيد الحب، تتناسب مع مختلف الفئات، بهدف توفير أجواء رومانسية ساحرة، مع التأكيد على الجهوزية التامة لاستقبال الزوار في هذا الموسم، ونطلّع لأن يكون هذا الشتاء حافلاً بالفرح والمناسبات السعيدة”.

The Syndicate of Owners of Restaurants, Cafés, Night-Clubs, and Pastries in Lebanon is excited to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Middle East Assurance and Reinsurance co (Mearco) in Lebanon.

The signature ceremony took place at Syndicate office in the presence of President Tony Ramy, Vice President Khaled Nazha, Secretary General Etienne Sabbagh, and Board Member Michel Aji, Youssef Akiki, on behalf of the Syndicate, and CEO Chady Issa, and Vice-President Tony Abi Habli on behalf of Mearco.

نقابة أصحاب المطاعم: نتطلع إلى لبنان جديد لا يعتمد على مواسم بل على سياحة مستدامة.

عقد مجلس نقابة أصحاب المطاعم والمقاهي والملاهي والباتيسري في لبنان إجتماعًا اليوم في مكتب النقابة جرى خلاله النقاش في آخر المستجدات على وقع وقف الأعمال العدوانية وكما تم البحث في متطلبات المرحلة الراهنة والاجراءات المطلوبة سياحيًا لاعادة لبنان على طريق التعافي والنهوض. قتلت هذه الحرب البشر ودمرت الحجر وهجرت رأسمالنا البشري ركيزة قطاعنا ولحقت بأضرار لا تحصى ولا تعد إلا بعد المسح الشامل وخسائر ضخمة جدًا لا يمكن تقديرها الا بعد انتهاء السنة.
وصحيح اننا على أبواب موسم الأعياد وقد يلتقط القطاع السياحي بعضًا من أنفاسه، علمًا ان الامكانات الداخلية محدودة بسبب تراكم الازمات وضعف القدرة الشرائية. نحن اليوم بجهوزيتنا على المستوى السياحي المطلوب لهذا الموسم وندعو الاغتراب لزيارة لبنان والأهل، لأن هذا يعتبر بارقة أمل وجرعة اوكسيجين، ولكن من الآن وصاعدًا نتطلع الى لبنان جديد لا يعتمد على مواسم سياحية فحسب بل على سياحة مستدامة.
بالمحصلة اقتصاد لبنان هو اقتصاد سياسي ما يعني ان قيام المؤسسات ينعكس ايجابًا على الاقتصاد، لهذا شدد المجلس على انه لا يمكننا التحدث عن انتعاش وازدهار حقيقيْن إلا بعد الاصلاحات والانتظام السياسي في البلد اي انتخاب رئيس للجمهورية وتشكيل حكومة فاعلة، ولا ثقة في إعادة الاعمار والاستثمار والصناديق والمؤتمرات قبل الاستدامة في الواقع الأمني والسياسي، واذا تحقق ذلك نأمل أن نلمس انتعاشًا واصلاحا حقيقيًا بحلول صيف 2025.
ولمواكبة هذا الاصلاح، يجب أن نبدأ بتحديث التشريعات السياحية والقوانين كافة المتعلقة بالقطاع السياحي لتصبح مواكبة للعصر وتتماشى مع المؤسسات الجديدة التي تمتثل لها، وتحد بشكل كبير من المؤسسات غير الشرعية التي تدخل السوق بمنافسة غير مشروعة. بالاضافة إلى الضغط لفتح مطار ثانٍ يؤمن سياحة المجموعات لتتكامل مع سياحة الأفراد، وإنشاء مرافئ سياحية كسائر الدول المتوسطية لكي نعيد هيكلة الدورة السياحية كلها وتحسينها وتطويرها من خلال سياسات ترويجية في الداخل والخارج ورؤية وخارطة طريق اقتصادية-سياحية، شاكرين وزارة السياحة والهيئات الاقتصادية على كل التعاون والجهود الجبارة، للمحافظة على صورة لبنان وسياحته واقتصاده رغم كل الأزمات التي مرّت.
لعلّنا نأخذ العبرة من الحروب المتتالية ونأمل أن تكون هذه الحرب خاتمة لأحزان لبنان وشعبه وحان الوقت لنعيش بسلام.
