This 2-hour journey is all about the exploration and embodiment of the many layers of the spine, its various motions and the directions it can weave itself through.
You'll Talk, Listen, Journal, Breathe, Visualize, Feel, Move, Experience, Challenge, Witness, & Enjoy the "wave" of the breath and its impact and influence on the "wave" of the spine.
Many (usually seen as) simple poses will incorporate this "wave" and as if you were planted like a seed into the ground, with your own foundation & buoyancy, you'll feel how you'll firmly & openly rise from these depths.

Intensive Master class with

We will start this master class with 30min of Kryas.
Kriyas are a set of yogic cleansing practices that combine specific techniques that helps purify our physical, energetic, & emotional bodies.

This Cleansing practice workshop will focus on:

- Cleansing the respiratory system of phlegm, mucous, and congestion
- Detoxifying the digestive system and liver
- Clarifying the subtle channels of the energy body

Don’t miss this rare opportunity and learn how to easily make these practices a regular part of your daily/weekly routine to enjoy its benefits.

Please make sure you come with an empty stomach and avoid having a heavy or late dinner!

We will follow up with a mini workshop of 90min on handstand, where you will learn multiple ways to safely enter into a handstand and several ways to safely come out of one.
This drill styled workshop will go towards achieving proper alignment for stability, balance, and letting go of the limitations of using a wall.
You will also learn how to understand, use, and listen to your entire body when moving into these challenging postures!
Let’s explore playfully and have fun!!!

We will close this with a 30mins of deep hips release.
Negative emotions can get stored in these tight places.
The conscious movement provides relief.
While a hip opening posture may feel intense at the moment, you will always feel relief afterward!

All levels are welcome!

You can’t imagine how much I miss teaching you group classes, I miss the energy of the studio and my working routine. But I have to admit that some quality time for myself was really needed. I realized that I wasn’t taking enough time to take care about myself, I was most of the time in a rush having hard time to be present for ME!

Day 6 Core Flow | 7 Day Challenge

We all know that most of the time a Mother is the “core” of the family, we lose our stability and balance without her!
A Mother can take the place of anyone but no one can replace her!

Today’s flow focuses on strengthening your core, for better spinal integrity and postural support. We’ll take you through a series of poses that are designed to transition from one to another to built a final flow that you can repeat as much as you want!

Your stronger core will give you better support for your spine and help improve your posture. You’ll also gain better awareness of your body, so that you’ll be able to move more efficiently in your everyday activities. The more you practice, the more control you’ll gain for all your movements, giving you more energy and learning you with a sense of personal empowerment.

Day 4 Vinyasa Flow | 7 Day Challenge.

The literal translation of vinyasa from Sanskrit is "connection”. In terms of yoga asana, we can interpret this as a connection between movement and breath or as the connection between poses in a flowing sequence.

In this practice each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.

For this class intentionally replace the traditional “vinyasa” by “spinal roll” that you already practice during the “Prana Flow”, because my main concern is your safety and as for me “chaturanga dandasana” is on of the most difficult poses that needs a lot of awareness and muscle coordination!
