Stretch breaks are especially important for people whose jobs require them to sit at a desk in front of a computer for long hours, which can result in back pain and neck pain. Just taking a few minutes to do stretches at your desk can relieve stress, increase productivity, and most importantly, make you feel better!
#practicepracticepractice consistency and commitment is key to progress.
I used to have scoliosis and a “obese BMI” because of my body composition “0 muscles”. It took me a lot of mental strength and dedication to be where I am today. My experience is transmitted on my way of teaching; always pushing students outside of their comfort zone because I know they can do it ! If I did it anyone can!
Feel free to share your own journey...
See on your mat, beautiful yogis!
Namaste 🙏

In this practice we will learn some drills to transition from headstand to forearm stand. As always go at your own pace! This is your practice, take your time and trust in the process! Be safe!
A forearm balance is the perfect inversion for beginner’s to start practicing. Forearm Stand insures you can do a Headstand safely (you’ve developed the upper body strength needed), gives you confidence, strengthens your core and upper body, and teaches you how to find your center once you’re upside down. Take it slow 🙏🏼
•Headstand is NOT a beginner pose. It should be learned under the guidance of a teacher if it’s your first time trying it!
•Headstand should never be entered by jumping or kicking into the posture. It requires core strength to lift the legs up over the heart.
•The neck is extremely vulnerable in this posture. It’s important to build and maintain strength in the shoulders to support the neck throughout the entire posture.
•Headstand is not recommended under these circumstances: pregnancy, neck injury, back injury, heart condition, high blood pressure, headaches, or glaucoma.
The area of the body, which is commonly referred to as the core, is your midsection and it involves all your muscles in that area including the front, back and sides. The core includes the traverse abdominis (TVA), erector spinae, obliques and your lower lats.
These muscles work as stabilizers for the entire body. Core training is simply doing specific exercises to develop and strengthen these stabilizer muscles.
Have fun and be mindful of your body 🙏🏼
If you have an office job that requires you to sit for long hours or are a runner or a cyclist, try these hip mobility exercises.
Mobility exercises will not only help your joints but will also improve overall health and performance. Plus, they are quite efficient, time-wise. These exercises are different from your go-to stretching routine, which is only about muscle length; they help your joints move up to their full range of motion.
Try to practice each pose with mindfulness and move within your own limits. Keep the connection between your breath and the mouvement. Consistency and patience are key factors to reduce pain! Take it slow! 🙏🏼
Try to practice each pose with mindfulness and only move within your own limits. Consistency and patience are key factors to reducing the pain from neck and shoulders, so take it slow.
A @yogatrapeze is a swing-like contraption that allows you to hang from it in various ways. It’s the most natural form of inversion therapy that lengthens the space between each vertebra. Think of it as an all-natural spine traction system or in simpler terms – what you need to reduce chronic low back pain!
It supports and assists the body in deeper backbends that normally cannot be accessed.
Helps build core and upper body strength through various movements.
Allows you to get upside down, reverse your blood flow, send fresh oxygen to the brain, and be invigorated/inspired! Yoga trapeze classes are on Tuesday’s at 6pm, Wednesday’s at 9am and Friday’s at 8am don’t forget to book you spot by DM or WhatsApp 76/121717 #Repost @timetogooutofficial with @get_repost

Suffering from back pain, try these exercises at least 3 times a week and let me know your progression!
One way to get the back muscles to relax is to MOVE not to rest as the pain most probably comes from weak posterior chains muscles (glutes and hamstrings)
If you have any questions DM me!
Namaste 🙏🏼
End the week nicely with us... 4:30pm #kidsyoga with @youshayoga #hathayoga with @zan_zanou and #yogatrapeze with Aurélie .
