We’re going crazy for the custard apples at Cosmos right now 😋

Also known as sugar apples, the sweet flesh has a custard like flavour and a texture similar to lychee, with smooth black pips that go the same way as watermelon seeds.

Such a satisfying fruit to enjoy, even more so as these are the first crop from trees planted seven years ago in the Cosmos garden. A slow burner that was well worth waiting for!

As St Lucia's famous Carnival pulsates in full colour and rhythm across the island, we're sending appreciation to all those sharing their energy, creativity and hospitality - its the secret sauce to making such a jubilant time 💫

We're feeling moved to give extra love to some of the Islands' talented musicians who have shared their musical magic with our guests, during Celebrations at Cosmos.

Live music always takes things to another level and we are delighted that guests from all over the world get to experience this talent and support the artist community.

Cosmos has an intimate relationship with the Caribbean Sea that surrounds our island. There’s the constant outlook over the shifting seascape. It’s the place we swim, snorkel and dive, marveling at the underwater world. It’s where we spot turtles, dolphins and whales and get lost for words at such proximity. It soothes us, heals us, entertains us and feeds us, with sustainably managed and caught fresh fish, thanks to the Soufriere Marine Management Association, a self-sustained not-for-profit NGO.

But as with many things in 21st century life, we are mindful that a new balance must be found to limit negative human impact and protect the gift that is our natural environment, that gives us so much.

Inspired by the held this week in Portugal, we are committing an ongoing donation to , supporting their positive impact on a global scale.
Through this commitment we will:
🌊Help protect the the ocean and marine wildlife from today’s greatest challenges
🌊Raise awareness and educate guests to be mindful of not just enjoying the ocean but also protecting it
