Doron Noyhouse tour guide The values I was brought up with and the love for this land have led me to serve as an officer in the IDF - Israeli
Defense Forces - for 26 years.

Born and raised in the land of Israel, I have travelled it, walked its paths with my parents and with my children;
tasting its delicacies, experiencing its unique stories and enjoying this country’s magnificent landscape. During my military service I learned about some additional aspects of Israel –
social, political and cultural, and retired as a lieutenant colonel. This deep and meaningful acqua

intance with Israel deepened my desire to convey its history and many stories
to visitors and guests, young and old, youths and families from near and far – from Israel and the world over
(whether they be Jewish or of any religion) and by that to share my Land of Israel with them all. After being honorably discharged from the army I have chosen to combine my two loves – travelling the land
and meeting new people – and am a Ministry of Tourism-certified tour guide. This land, this country, is unique in many ways. Despite its young age it is rich in splendid nature panorama,
history filled sites, various peoples and religions, all making a spectacular fabric of life. I invite you to join me as I lead you through the many pathways, roads and hidden treasures of this beloved
and welcoming Land of Israel. We will experience it step by step and cherish the journey ahead.

Good morning to all my fellow travelers. 👋👋🤠
This time, I’m sharing with you a very special photo from my latest trip with high school students.
At the end of a challenging hike in the Peres Stream (Nahal Peres) in the Judean Desert, overlooking the Dead Sea – the lowest place on Earth – the students took a well-deserved rest, facing the sea, Jordan, and the ancient landscape. Together with the students, we enjoyed a guided visualization session.
Take a moment for yourselves and imagine it too – surrounded by the breathtaking view, it’s just you and nature that never ends!

Israel is waiting for you, and so am I 😄

Good morning to all my fellow travelers.😎
For those who don’t know, between trips, I also work as a high school guide. The interaction with teenagers excites me every single time and fills me with pride for the amazing youth we have here in our country. Here's one of the activities from our latest trip, through which the teens learned about responsibility, teamwork, and especially the power of togetherness. This is something understood in every language.

Celebrating my 60th! 🎉

I set out on a journey around Jerusalem and discovered some magical spots that I’m excited to share with you!

I started at the Olive Columns Park, near Kibbutz Ramat Rachel. This stunning place blends art, nature, and history beautifully. I found the Olive Columns Sculpture – a magnificent piece by artist Ran Morin, featuring three 15-meter-high columns topped with ancient olive trees. The trees symbolize peace, resilience, and fertility.

Next, I visited the Jerusalem International YMCA – an architectural masterpiece and a symbol of multicultural harmony in the city. The bell tower offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Jerusalem.

This is just the beginning – more exciting places to come! I can’t wait to see you here in Israel soon, exploring these paths with me. 😊

It's been a while since I’ve shared photos and experiences from our adventures. As you all know, we’ve been going through a challenging time here in Israel. Thankfully, we’re starting to see the first signs of a return to normalcy, and what better way to embrace it than by getting back to the trails we love so much?
So Today, I’m excited to share a glimpse into Masada ☺️

"Masada shall not fall again."
Over 2,000 years of Jewish history.
The Great Revolt against the Romans—once again, the few against the many.
More than a year of war, and like the phoenix, Israel rises, perseveres, and prevails.
Let us pray for the safe return of all the hostages.

Good morning my dear friends👋👋👋

Today I want to share with you a special three-day trip that I took with a group of high school students. We started our journey in Tel Aviv at the Abductees Square, near the "Special Representatives" monument. This monument is a powerful reminder of the importance of bringing all of our abducted home safely. 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱

From there, we continued to Masada, where we woke early to witness the most breathtaking sunrise. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

Good (and rainy) morning everyone.
This time I share with you my very special trip. A visit to Dalit El Carmel, and an amazing tour of a place called the "House of Colors".
A four-story residence located in the Druze village of Dalit El Carmel, in northern Israel. The house is painted in many bright colors, including red, yellow, green, blue, purple, and more. The painting began in 2015, by the Druze artist Sam Halabi. Halavi decided to paint the house after his mother's death, as a way to remember her and bring joy to the world. Artist Sam Halaby

"The House of Colors" has become a popular tourist attraction. Thousands of visitors visit the village yearly to see the unique house. The house is also an active place for art and creation. Halavi opened an art gallery instead, a restaurant, and a storyteller.

I took a short break from my volunteer activities and went on a three-day trip to the south together with excited high school students who were happy to finally go on a little trip after 3 months that was not possible due to the war against Hamas.
So this post is divided into two parts - a video about the beautiful place I am in called "Mitzpe Moav" near the city of Arad (link👉https://did.li/M0QlC), and the second post of spectacular landscape photos.

Between birthday celebrations and short trips, I came this time to establish a one-of-a-kind kindergarten in a hotel in Tiberias 🤩😻
This beautiful place will take in babies of residents evacuated from Kibbutz Bar'am and Kiryat Shmona who were forced to leave their homes due to Hezbollah bombings from Lebanon🫶👶👧💛❤️ Despite the complex situation, we are here, volunteering together and doing as much as possible to make it easier for them and their families.

We will continue to pray for peace and better days for us all🙏🙏🙏

The past week has been incredibly challenging and sorrowful for us. We faced substantial losses, with many soldiers tragically losing their lives in battles against Hamas.
Despite the overwhelming difficulty, I remain committed to volunteering and making a difference. I feel it's crucial to convey the resilience, morale, and sense of purpose that
I, along with numerous fellow citizens, am experiencing.
This week, I dedicated my time to assist in an avocado orchard and a red raspberry farm, finding a few hours of solace and immense joy in contributing.
This encapsulates life here in Israel—complex yet infused with a spirit of unity and a steadfast hope for peaceful days ahead.

My dear friends 😎
As you know, I enjoy volunteering in different places where I can. Recently, I had the opportunity to work on a special project in Tiberias where we arranged and designed kindergartens in hotel for evacuees children from the north who have been living there for the past two months. Volunteering on this project was incredibly rewarding for me and all the other volunteers. It was amazing to see the beauty that was created and I can only imagine how much joy it will bring to the children who will soon call it their own. 😻😻
Despite all the going on around us, it's important to remember that there are moments of hope and joy. I'm grateful to have been a part of this project.

I look forward to seeing you all soon, hopefully, when things are calmer.
