Tourism Minister hopes to reopen Airport by end of September

PAYMENT METHOD

Ø The client is requested to complete the Company’s payment link through the website. 10% of the package should be paid as the initial payment. The balance can be paid on arrival.

Ø Andrew Lanka Travels may accept an application for the Travel inquiry via telephone (whats app), mail, company website or other communication methods.

Ø In this case, the customer will be required to pay first instalment of package payment at least before 1 week

Ø The Travel Contract will be concluded first step when Andrew Lanka Travels receives the payment and send the hotel voucher from company side

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Ø tour requester must above 20 years old

Ø In the event a travel is aimed at specific group of customers or a travel has a specific purpose, if an applicant’s nationality, s*x, age, passport details or other conditions do not satisfy the requirements designated by Andrew Lanka Travel, we can reject the inquiry of tour

Ø Anyone to depart on a travel that is ill, pregnant, physically handicapped, senior citizen or otherwise requires special care is requested to state so upon booking. We will respond to such special needs as far as possible and to a reasonable extent. In this case, any and all expenses required for special measures taken by Andrew Lanka Travel upon request of a customer shall be borne by the customer. In addition, depending on the local circumstances, situation of related organizations, etc., Andrew Lanka Travel can agree with client, in order to secure safe and smooth implementation of the travel.

Ø If Andrew Lanka Travels determines that an examination or medical treatment by a doctor is necessary for a customer due to disease, bodily injury, or any other reason during travel, Andrew Lanka Travels will take necessary measures in order to secure smooth implementation of travel. Any and all expenses required for such measures will be borne by the customer.

Ø Aside from the above, the Company may decline to accept booking for business related reasons.

DELIVERY OF DOCUMENT AND FINAL TRAVEL SCHEDULE

Ø Immediately after the conclusion of the first instalment, Andrew Lanka Travels will send to the hotel voucher. On arrival will be hand over the payment of receipt, tour itinerary, travel terms and conditions, and similar documents.
