At our day home, we offer three meals and two snacks daily, following the Canadian Food Guide. We tune into each child’s unique preferences and eating habits, ensuring they get the nutrients they need in a relaxed, enjoyable way. We’ll also work closely with parents to understand each child’s needs and preferences, so we can create a mealtime experience that works for everyone. Our goal is to gently guide the kids into a happy eating routine and help them develop a love for food.
