A Chocolate cake with two layers of Cashew nut praline and chocolate ganache.
This one was for my toughest customer, my sister. 😉 Given that it's been quite a while since I baked and decorated a birthday cake at home, glad it turned out well.

Question: How to make a round cake in a square pan, to fit on top of a small round cake board?
Answer: Roll it like a Swiss roll 😉

A gift for a special celebration - Chocolate chip cake topped with chocolate ganache and a wobbly piping of words in white chocolate finished with a border of cake crumbs.

Another example of a creation with limited tools, although I really enjoyed making this. Took on the challenge of piping the letters despite being bad at it.

Happy Easter!
My easter treat this year - Hot cross Cinnamon rolls with Cream cheese frosting crosses.
Have very few utensils with me but managed to make do with whatever I've got.
