1 Undertake to develop, manage and sell or buy real estate properties of expatriates or local citizens as real estate agents on behalf of the land lords or aspiring to become landlords.
2 Take care of apartments/ Buildings/ Lands etc. and manage tenancies on behalf of the property owners/expatriates and borrowers.
3 Perform periodic inspections (Inside and outside) according to a predefined schedule looking for repair needs, safety hazards, code violations, lease violations, etc. and submit property condition reports
4 Submit periodic tailor made reports on condition of the properties to the needs of the clients.
5 Maintain a property registry on behalf of the owners.
6 Preparation of property port folio management plan for the individual property owners and corporate sector institutions.
