You will be greeted by our Villa Manager, who will welcome you, show you around and give you a set of keys. He attends to the villa and pool 6 days a week, and is on call for guests throughout your stay, to ensure it is an enjoyable and supported experience. There is also a Cleaning Maid Service twice a week, and on request she can make you a homemade traditional Sri Lankan Rice and Curry from her fixed price menu. A Licensed Tuk Tuk Driver (taxi service) is on call for guests, and a mobile phone with local SIM is provided for guest's use during your stay. We are a self-catering villa, and you have the option of a Private Chef available on request. , where Guests pay for the cost of ingredients plus a small additional service fee. If you want to see elephants, the best place (for the elephants) is to take an overnight trip to Yala National Park, to see them in their natural environment. The UNESCO World Heritage site of the Galle Fort is a 25 minute drive away - (Segway tours can be arranged). We can arrange airport transfers for you, or provide directions to Villa Sapphire. Once in Hikkaduwa, Tuk Tuks (three wheeler taxis) are everywhere and drivers will court your custom.
