About this space Sweet Home Villa
A private, beautiful and spacious villa in the heart of Aragum Bay, a peaceful getaway a short distance from the hustle and bustle of the town. It comfortably accommodates a group of friends, 2 couples or a family of 4. It is a short walk to the beach, where you can surf, swim or have a beach BBQ by moonlight. Transfers to your next destination or to/from the airport can be arranged at a fair price.
The space
We are available to organize fun activities such as surf and yoga lessons, safari, and cooking with a local family. Bikes are available to rent as you wish. We can also arrange a rental of Tuk tuk's or a culture tour with a private driver. We also have close relationships with certified surf instructors to teach you alone or as a group.
Guest access
The Villa is equipped with:
- Air conditioning in both bedrooms with fan and
mosquito net.
- Large and luscious garden with outdoor seating areas.
Free parking on site.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and
drinking water dispenser.
- Unlimited Wi-Fi
- Smoking outside allowed, but no smoking in the Villa.

Top attractions:
- Whisky point + Elephant rock - 15mins (by tuk tuk)
- Peanut Farm - 20mins
- Safari - Yala East - 45mins by Jeep.

Fabulous location, quiet street, only a few minutes walk to the main street and main point for surfing. Nice private yard, fantastic outdoor eating area and also a shady place to relax. Everything, is new, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. Everything is well thought out and makes for the perfect home away from home. It's been our favorite place to stay in our 6 weeks traveling around Sri Lanka!

''Fairoos place is fantastic! It's everything we were looking for in a vacation rental and more. Everything is new, clean and comfortable, the house has lots of natural light and a great layout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need for some home cooked meals. The covered outside deck is always nicely in the shade and has a table to eat at and a comfy area for lounging, reading a book or playing games. The yard and outside space is all nice and private as well. The location is perfect, the street is quiet at night but it's only 3-4min to walk to the main street/beach and 7min to walk to the main point. Fairoos is a fabulous host as well, who is attentive to anything you might need and can offer up suggestions for anything you might want to do. We highly recommend his place for anyone coming to Arugam Bay! ''
