Being travelers ourselves we have a good insight into customer expectations and mindset. We know very well how small things like replying an email at least within 24 hours go along way into peace of mind. When our customers are in Sri Lanka we are accessible 24/7. Whether you are travelling for leisure, honeymoon, pure relaxation, or that family holiday which was possible after years of savings, we will make sure that we offer something best for everyone with our carefully handpicked collection of accommodation, tour guides, drivers, etc. You will benefit from great savings without compromising services, standards, or integrity. Last but not the least we pride ourselves on having first hand knowledge in Sri Lanka. To fulfil our goal, which is to ensure the care and comfort of our guests, we have formulated a proposal. Following are some of the points contained there in;

Welcome at the airport and pickup: If individual guests prefer, we provide luxury cars with chauffer/tour guide. If there are more than 8 guests, a comfortable air-conditioned van and, if more than 10 and up to 20 guests, luxury buses with experienced Tour Leaders will be provided. Our Tour Leaders are fluent in English, German, French, Italian, Japanese etc. Also, they are familiar with the geography and archaeological sites such as those in Anuradhapura, Kandy, Polonnaruwa, etc. When we recommend locations for the guests’ enjoyment in our tour plan, which include safari and adventure tourism, water sports, diving, etc. – in addition to sightseeing – our first and foremost consideration is our guests’ safety. Apart from urgent travel plans for business or short sightseeing tours, we conduct tours of One Week, Two Weeks and Three Weeks duration. We endeavour to be among the best Travel Agencies in the island and we strive towards that goal to provide the ultimate travel experience to the guests, be it business or pleasure.
