Job Responsibilities

• Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, travel agents and direct clients
• Respond to inquiries and makes reservations as needed
• Create and maintain reservation records in a methodical manner
• Process cancellations and modifications to reservations
• Prompt communication of reservation related details to all stakeholders involved
• Handle daily correspondence via email & telephone
• Processing of payments
• Generating system reports on availability etc. as when the management requires

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken & written Italian , Spanish and English
• Previous experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
• Complete understanding of hotel reservation systems
• Smart, pleasing personality with a people oriented approach & good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Should be computer literate
