RE: Covid19, Cancellation and Refunds

Your health and safety are our absolute priority. For this reason, we are closely monitoring the status for travel to France (from any country) on an ongoing basis, as well as the statistics within France, protective measures that are in place, and in particular the 'alert status' for the region of Provence where we will be staying.

Here's our policy for cancelling the tour. As it is impossible at the moment to predict an outcome for June 2021, we will make a final decision on January 31, 2021, as to whether we will run the tour or postpone it to a future date.

If the 2021 retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund for your deposit, minus the small administrative fee of just $30 (for admin. charges that we will have to pay, regardless).

This means that with this guarantee in place, you can go ahead with your deposit to hold your spot. (And if the retreat is postponed, you will also have the option of simply leaving your deposit in place to book for the rescheduled date for the retreat.)

It's reasonable to expect that protective measures will still be in place in mid-2021, such as mask-wearing in airports, as well as limited group sizes for visits and other. These measures are something we will all have become accustomed to, thereby ensuring our safety and that of others.
