Passport Series Part 1! I often get asked about passports: do you need one? How do you get one? So, follow along for my passport series! Do you need a passport? You need a passport to travel outside of the United States. So before you travel to a Sandals resort, you will need to have your passport in hand. There is an exception for closed loop cruises. If you are traveling by cruise ship on a sailing that begins and end in a U.S. port, you typically are not required to have a passport. However, I still recommend it!
