Philippine Airlines will be mounting special flights between Manila and Bacolod starting September 11, 2020.

The Manila to Bacolod flight will only be allowed to carry residents of Negros Occidental, Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) and Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs).

Passengers need to bring the following documents to comply with local government unit (LGU) requirements:

From Manila:
LSI: 1) Medical Certificate from a Government Doctor, and 2)Valid Government Issued ID with address in Negros Occidental/Bacolod City as proof of residency.
APOR: 1) Local counterpart in Bacolod City or Negros Occidental should have coordination with the LGU of the province of Negros Occidental or Bacolod City, 2) Valid Company ID, and 3) Certificate of employment stating the duration of work in Negros Occidental.

From Bacolod: 1) Travel Authority, 2) Medical Certificate from a Government Doctor, and 3) Barangay Clearance

Due to the latest DILG directive dated June 28, where it is no longer required for LSIs to submit swab test or RT-PCR negative test result, we would like to inform passengers of latest travel requirements: medical clearance certificate, travel authorization from PNP and valid ID.

We also would like to remind passengers that LSIs are not allowed to travel for the following routes and travel period:

June 21 to July 15

• Manila to Cebu

• Cebu to Manila

• Cebu Interports

June 22 to July 4

• Manila to Butuan

June 28-July 12

• Manila to Bacolod

• Manila to Iloilo

• Cagayan De Oro to Bacolod

• Cagayan De Oro to Iloilo

• Batangas to Caticlan

• Batangas to Roxas

Until July 31

• Puerto Princesa to Coron
