😵‍💫📈🚢 The logistics of a cruise vacation can be daunting, but my job is to streamline the process to make it easy for my guests. 😌✨

🏨One recommendation I make is to stay inside the "Disney bubble" pre-cruise. Meaning, stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. It will make a HUGE difference in the experience. Here’s why:

Early Arrival: Since you should ALWAYS arrive a day before your cruise, kick-off the magic early at Walt Disney World and use Disney transportation to get to the port.

Priority Boarding: Disney transportation offers you a better cruise boarding slot, avoiding the rush and starts your cruise off smoothly.

💛🐝🧸 It’s Winnie the Pooh Day! If I were in Walt Disney World today, I’d celebrate by doing all things Pooh! I’d start the day with some Puffed French Toast (and a hug) at Crystal Palace’s Pooh and Friends character breakfast and then head over to Pooh’s smile inducing attraction in Fantasyland. What’s your favorite way to squeeze in some silly ol’ bear time in WDW? Or...is Pooh a miss for you? (It’s fine, everything is fine...I’m fine.)

🏃‍♀️🐭 Ever wonder what happens at a runDisney event? It’s organized chaos in the best way! The most important thing to know is that the races sell out QUICK, so if you’re thinking you might want to fit one in this year, {enter how to best contact you} NOW and let’s see what options you may have.

As an example of what to expect here’s the typical chain of events for running a 5K:

🌐 Arrive the day before to pick up race bib at ESPN Wide World of Sports. You can shop event merchandise here.

⏰ Get up EARLY and take Disney transportation to be at EPCOT no later than 4:00am for a 5:00am race start

🎉 Race hosts get you pumped up, there are character meets, tons of energy and plenty of portable bathrooms

🏃‍♀️Every group of racers gets a fireworks send off

📸 Stop to meet characters and take sunrise pictures

😃 Smile for the PhotoPass photographers along the route

🏁 Cross the finish line, get your medal and a snack box

🚍 Take Disney transportation back to your resort

🎨🍲🎉Today kicks off the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! This is SUCH a fun festival and it has hands down the most creative offerings at the Food Studios. Fried mozzarella served on a palette of sauces?! Are you kidding me? But that’s just one of many menu masterpieces you are going to want, trust me.

📌PRO TIP: get yourself one of these wristband gift cards and load it up with your set budget. It’s way too easy to overspend at this festival - you’ll want it all!

🍽️🎉🍽️🎉 Over the last few years, the question that I was asked most often is, “When is the Disney Dining Plan returning?” Well, pals...the answer is...TODAY!!! There is so much to love about the dining plans, and my favorite is that it makes my Disney vacations take on an almost “all inclusive” feel. Thirty days before our trip, I know that everything has been paid for. ✌️ I don’t have to eyeball menus and stress over every item that I’m drooling over, it’s paid for!

📌 🦜🎶PRO TIP: You can now bring treats into the Enchanted Tiki Room! Think about this for a second, a refreshing Dole Whip float, a darkened, air conditioned room, a guaranteed bench to rest your feet and some catchy tunes...now THAT is a park break I will make again and again. (Pineapple IS a fruit, so there’s health benefits in that plan!) 🍍🍦

🐘🏌️There may be no hotter East Coast vs. West Coast matchup (since Biggie & Tupac) than Soarin’ Over California vs. Soarin’ Around the World. While many guests enjoy the reflexive ducking when the elephants fan dust our way, others prefer to catch a golf ball.

Which flight would you prefer to brave TSA to board? We know these kinds of choices are tough, so “Nice work, pal.”👍

Personally, I prefer Soarin' Around the World. I wasn't too impressed with Soarin' Over California, though it was a nice little change at EPCOT for awhile last year.

🚢🍔🍕🥗🍦 If you know anything about cruising, you’ve likely heard the stories of all the food available onboard cruise ships. Believe me when I say there is food EVERYWHERE! Want 3 appetizers at dinner? Do it. Want 4 desserts? Do it. Want to hit the buffet every hour between breakfast time and when it’s time to get ready for dinner? DO IT!

Disney Cruise Line buffets are no joke, and you will not be disappointed. The Dream, Fantasy, Magic, and Wonder have Cabanas, while the Wish has Marceline Market. Mickey waffles, carving stations, pasta, desserts galore, and so much more - it’s all there for you!

We love to eat out on the balcony at Cabanas! There’s something to be said about stuffing your face with an ocean breeze in your hair.
