We are at a loss for words to learn that our beloved tour guide in Vienna, Francis, passed away unexpectedly last week.

Francis was a valued guide and friend to many of us, and we are all saddened by this loss. He has been with us since January 2021 and has completed over 340 tours in over 6 countries. We will miss his positive attitude, his passion for his city of Vienna and his love for sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with so many of us from around the world.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
