Responsibilities
Create, Manage and Strengthen relationships with existing and new clients
B2B, professional cold calling, or simply phoning – it’s part of the business and you’ll be trained on the best techniques.
Prospecting - research is a big part of this job – Google, LinkedIn, Indeed – we use every tool we can to find opportunities.
Self-direction – The role is commissioned base and does require internal self-motivation to build your client list
Requirements
Most importantly, you will be driven, professional, accountable, transparent and creative
A great attitude that values team work, collaboration, and hard work
Communication – strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are important
Post-secondary education is valuable - we have political science, human resources, business and commerce majors on our team!
Some sales experience is an asset, ideally in a team environment.

Flexible base plus variable pay (commission) compensation packages are available for new hires. Employees should be on track to make a six-figure salary within 10 – 14 months of employment.
