Don't go to the post office unprepared, then get mad when they send you away. HERE WE GO!

First:
make an appointment at Usps.com or walk in to your county's courthouse

The form you’ll need is a DS-11 filled out in BLACK ink only!

(Yes fill out the information about your parents on the second page!)

If you filled out the form online,

PRINT AND BRING TO APPOINTMENT.

Bring your STATE ID OR DRIVERS LICENSE NOT YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
And bring your birth certificate
(can’t be laminated, torn, taped together, or stained.)

If you are applying for a minor
(15 and younger, Mom and Dad must be present if on birth certificate.

If there is a special circumstance
( ex. Jail, deceased, or not present in child’s life they will provide you with further instruction )

16 and older only one parent needs to be present.

Now on to the price:

IF you plan on flying out of the country you WILL need a passport book ($130) ,
Usually about 8-10 weeks if you need it faster expedited fee is an additional $60
(4-6 weeks)

All to be made out to the Department of State on a check or money order.

The processing fee for the post office /or court house is $35
(separate fee).
Picture fee is $15.

So 2 separate money orders,
one for $130 and one for $35

A lagoon off the coast of Monte Argentario, Tuscany, Italy

The region of Tuscany in central Italy is a place of superlatives. Great art, food, wine, and fashion are abundant in Tuscany. But perhaps its greatest allure are its varied landscapes. Hill towns and vineyard-covered valleys make up much of the scenery, but the region also boasts an extensive coastline. One of the most beautiful stretches of shore is at Monte Argentario, a peninsula reaching into the Tyrrhenian Sea. Connected to the mainland by two tombolos, the landscape rises from a cove-indented rocky shoreline to the heights of Punta Telegrafo's peak, over 2,000 feet above sea level.

“NEWS ON TESTING” 🚢

Carnival Cruise Line is pleased to announce that we are adjusting certain protocols to reflect the lifting of CDC requirements for the US cruise industry. We remain, as always, committed to the health and safety of our guests, crew and the communities we serve. These changes will be made in phases, with the first of these updates effective on Thursday, August 4, 2022 and focused on short cruise itineraries of 5 nights or less. More changes will be announced shortly and all changes are subject to any requirements of destinations on the itinerary.

Effective for embarkations on or after Thursday, August 4

• No pre-cruise testing for fully vaccinated guests booked on cruises with itineraries 5 nights or less.

• Pre-cruise testing for itineraries 6 nights or longer can be conducted up to three (3) days before departure.

• There will be no in-terminal testing for unvaccinated guests on day of departure, but all unvaccinated guests, age 2 and older, must provide proof of a negative result of a lab-administered or supervised self-administered antigen COVID test taken within three (3) days before embarkation.
