We were thrilled to celebrate 17 years of holidays with Philip & Judith Murray here at HPB El Pueblito de Alfaix recently. 🥂
They were in fact the very first guests that Thierry met in Lanzarote when he first managed HPB Santa Rosa and joined the Holiday Property Bond family. This was cause for celebration, so Thierry & wife Gemma joined the Murray's in a toast to 17 years! ✨✨ #

Our kitchen team here at HPB El Pueblito de Alfaix are rarely seen, but truly & equally valued by guests & staff. ✨
Hospitality is tough globally right now, but amongst all of our amazing teams, our kitchen team work hard, sometimes 7 days a week, to ensure our guests dine on delicious food. 🥘
They work tirelessly and take on board comments provided by guests to improve where possible, we are just so thankful to each and every team member here at Alfaix, but today we want to celebrate Juan, Mercedes & Mary Carmen below. 💞

You may spot Pocho when staying with us at HPB El Pueblito de Alfaix - he's one our longest serving employees (13 years) and although hasn't been in the best health recently, he is feeling much better and can be spotted checking the site with Manager, Thierry each day. 💞
Pocho is in fact very popular with many of our returning guests (a few have recently asked after him, so we thought we would update you) and he gets spoilt the most at Christmas, not that we mind, he's an asset to our wonderful team. ✨
Our gardening team is popular with guests here at HPB El Pueblito de Alfaix & they have such a passion for their gardens - we are so thankful and proud of everyone who works here! 🌴

There is an charging point by the main entrance of the site and one near to villa AV22. A typical car charge is around 40 minutes. (Tesla & Universal Point). ⚡

Good morning from everyone here at HPB El Pueblito de Alfaix! 💙
As with any large site, the refurbishment programme for HPB El Pueblito de Alfaix is ongoing. During 2022 and early 2023, the one and two-bedroom apartments and the vast majority of villas have been refreshed, with new furnishings, including new sofas, armchairs, curtains, artwork, improved clocks and modernised lighting in the living areas.
The bedrooms have been supplied with new curtains, headboards, bed-runners and artwork. Work is currently ongoing to refresh the kitchens, which now have glass doors to the wall cabinets and dishwashers where space allows.

Thierry wants to extend a HUGE thank you to his cleaning team here at HPB El Pueblito de Alfaix, for taking care of all guests, working hard together over the last 13 years, especially over this summer through the heat and sandstorms - they are the best! 💞
