Dear Round Trip Community,

Thank you for all of the kind words and notes in this trying time. As you know, we're a family-owned business that has always operated on the idea of being "by families, for families" - which include you, our loyal customer family, and our dedicated drivers and their families.

We want you to know that we're taking all of the precautions that you would expect - and that we're here for whatever you need:

• Airport transportation, as always - we never stopped and we never will!

• Local point-to-point travel - events, nights on the town, appointments, you name it!

• Custom needs - errands, messenger service, etc. - just ask!

How can we help?

First, all of us at Round Trip wish you well and pray that you're in good health. This is a tough time for everybody - as you can imagine, our airport transfer business has all but ground to a halt. With all of this extra time on our hands, we've been thinking about ways to keep things moving - for us, of course, but more importantly: for you!

We've seen a lot of wonderful gestures during the last few days of this stressful situation, from neighbors helping each other out with grocery and supply runs, to Dan and the team at Errand Up collecting TP and water for the folks at the Holmstad.

It's in that spirit that Round Trip is temporarily changing our business model - we know that some folks still need transportation, even if it's to the doctor or PT or the store instead of to the airport. We're here to help with that - whether you can afford the service or not. Just reach out if you or someone you know needs it - we'll work it out.

Additionally, we're borrowing from Dan's business model over at Errand Up. If you don't know about them and what they do - they do just about everything! We first used them when in the middle of a project at home and needed a saw blade pickup up from Home Depot! For a simple fee, one of Dan's team members picked it up and brought it to me - we didn't have to stop, shower, change, drive there and back... well, you get the idea.

We know that with a lot of you being at home, taking care of the kids and other loved ones, many working from home, and even folks that are still working outside the home - it's a lot right now. Let us help. We'll run to the grocery store, we'll run to the pharmacy, we'll pick up carryout and to-go orders from your favorite restaurants! You can stay focused on what you need to at home.

Whatever you need.

Oh! And if you're already using Errand Up - great! Please keep doing so. We're not looking to take business away from those hard-working folks; in fact, we hope that when we come out on the other side of this crazy time that more than a few of you will be Errand Up regulars just like you're Round Trip regulars! After nearly two years without a rate increase, today Round Trip is announcing a new, simplified rate table. Rising fuel and fleet costs, customer feedback, and a growing service area have influenced our decision to evolve our rates - and how they work.

First, what's not changing - we're continuing to offer the same safe and friendly service that you've come to love, we're still not charging for child safety seats, snacks, and water, and we're definitely not charging for tolls!

Second, yes - we are increasing our rates. We're still very competitive and we feel that the new rates are very fair - to both our customers and our drivers. We love having great customers - and you've told us that you love our drivers, so we're continuing to compensate them fairly for the great service that they offer day in and day out!

Next, and we think you'll love this - we're *eliminating* our credit card processing fee. We're also making our rates easier than ever, with specific rates for both O'Hare and Midway based upon where you live.

Finally, we've streamlined our booking experience - and we're going to continue to improve the booking form, the Zones Map, and our Internet and Facebook presence to make riding with Round Trip better and more convenient than ever before!

Starting today, you'll be able to see which Zone you're in and quickly see what your airport Rate is by accessing the links at the top of our booking form (www.bit.ly/driveRT) - these rates will be effective for new trips booked on or after June 10th; existing rides will not be impacted by the changes.

This is a big change for us - and for you. A lot of thought has gone into it, but we welcome your feedback and questions! Please don't hesitate to reach out.
