Kapag kumita po tayo ng P30,000 mapupunta po tayo sa ikalawang board, yong EXCECUTIVE BOARD. Kagaya din po ng PREMIER board meron din po syang 15 slot, ang 7 ay okupado at ang 8 po ay blangko. Itong 8 slot na blangko ay pupunuin naman ng mga taong umeexit o suma cycle from the premiere boards. AUTOMATIC ka na pong susunod sa leader o sponsor mo kung nasaan man sya sa EXECUTIVE board. Ang tawag po natin dyan ay FOLLOW THE LEADER. Marami pong EXECUTIVE boards there are thousands or millions of EXECUTIVE boards pero don't worry, hindi ka maliligaw dahil sa sistemang follow the leader.
