I love wandering a new place. You can stop and take in the sights take photos. Listen to the sounds going on around you. The smellsโฆ.
On my recent trip to #Tulum I got up every morning and went for a run. I absolutely loved it! It was a great way to explore the town of Tulum. Saw where the local lived. Saw kids signing the national anthem before school. various artwork including paintings, carvings and statues. The local square. A local market.
In addition to exploring Tulum, itโs also @MillionReasonsRun month, so I was able to continue running and get my distances in! Didnโt miss a day while I was gone!

I run for the sibling so sick children who wish their siblings were healthy and could play and do normal things with them.
I run for your kids, your friends kids, your grandkids, nieces and nephews so that if the worst happens and they need the specialized care of a Childrenโs hospital they are around to provide the care needed.

One year ago I got to visit the beautiful island of St Lucia. It was only for one day as a cruise stop but I have to say the country I dreamed of visiting did not disappoint!
The cruise line excursions to where we wanted to see were sold out so I hired us a private guide for the day. Curt came highly recommend. He was great!
He welcomed us at the cruise port with cold beer and soda. Toured us around the island. We stopped at various points for photos, stopped at a banana plantation and he got us fresh bananas. Tet Paul Hike to see the famous UNESCO pitons. Then a stop at sulphur springs. The springs have amazing healing properties. After the soak all the burning from my sunburn was gone. It was a quick taste of the island but I canโt wait to go back and 1000% recommend visiting.
