5 Days Desert Tours From Fez To Marrakesh

You can recall how adventurous the yards and parks outside your home once looked. You would picture the slopes to be mountains and the grass to the field. On this 5 days tour of Morocco, you’ll never again need to picture the mountains, slopes, and the desert. The fantastic pictures of the past spring up and you traverse the different landscapes and thrilling culture with your family or friends to help you along the journey.

Day 1: Fes – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga

In the morning, we will depart to an amazing place in the Moroccan Sahara Desert “Merzouga” to stay a night there. We will pass by the Swiss small city of Ifran, stop at the cedar forests of Azrou to see the Barbary Macaque, and at Midelt to have lunch. In the afternoon, we will pass by the village of Errachidia, Erfoud, Rissani, the panoramic Ziz Valley, to arrive at Merzouga desert to stay the night there.

Day 2: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Dunes

After having your breakfast, you will be exploring the Moroccan Sahara, by visiting Khamlia, which is the village of Gnaoua, which is said that they came from Sudan, in order to know them, share a cup of mint tea with them, and listen to their unique music. You will be served “Medfouna”, the Berber Pizza for lunch at Erfoud. After that, have an enjoyable camel trekking, to see the sunset over the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Experience a great night, full of love, and calm, under the stars. In addition, spend the night in the Nomad Tents. After having dinner; you may want to sleep under the fresh air joining us.

Day 3: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

There is nothing more beautiful than waking up early to see the sun rising over Erg Chebbi dunes, covering the sand dunes and changing its color to create an incredible scenery. You will take breakfast, and then, we will return to Merzouga hotel, to take a refreshing shower, and get prepared to see the different part of the desert, Tinghir, and the amazing Todra Gorges, these milestone river canyons are wonderful to see and walk between them. After having lunch in the Gorges, we will continue to the Dades Valley, where we will stay a night, and where you can admire its wonderful rock formations labeled as “Monkey Toes”.

Day 4: Dades Gorges – Skoura – Ouarzazate

Morning travel to Ouarzazate city. After having breakfast, we’ll have a visit to the palm grove at Skoura oasis. Continue after that with a visit to the Rose Valley at Kelaat M’gouna. Known for the local pure oils and cosmetics made from the extract of the roses. Another to Ouarzazate which is in fact “the Hollywood of Morocco”. You’ll see Taourirt Kasbah, the film studios -Atlas-, and check at the hotel.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

At Ouarzazate hotel, we’ll take breakfast and start driving to visit the most famous Kasbah of “Ait Ben Haddou”. Have lunch around the Kasbah, and then a ride over this beautiful castle. After that, cross the Mountains of the high Atlas to Marrakesh. Arriving at the city; our tour driver will drive you either to the airport, or the hotel, ending our 5 Days tour.
