In the last 10 years traveling around Morocco with amazing people & friends from different corners of the world and from different backgrounds.. I have found myself drawn more and more to the deserts of this amazing country.
In my last 4 years I have spent one of the best moments with groups of tourists in the Sahara desert either Merzouga (southeast) or Zagora (southwest).
There is indeed something about this southern places; the wide open spaces, the silence, the unforgettable moments with nomads and camels (Dromedaries) and of course the incredible sunrises and sunsets.
A desert is really a place without expectations.

Desert of Merzouga is one of the best areas in the world, one of the special thing about is that its finest sand is used to cure those who suffer from rhumatisme; people bury themselves (15 mn/ day) during the hottest days of summer for around 4 days. Also it's a target for off-road drivers..
We call it Sahara desert because it's part of the Big Sahara of North Africa that's stretches around 5000 km, from Morocco till Egypt.

🐟🐠🚣‍♂️🚣‍♀️ Essaouira fish port is not only home to many fishing boats and vessels, it is a popular tourist attraction and has a significant and interesting history attached to it.
Fishing is done for local distribution and plays a significant role in the atmosphere to the city and to the port.
The city is one of the best places to end your tour, tourists spend around two days there after doing long trips.
Visitors have plenty of choices to have dishes full of different types of fish.

Merzouga desert situated in the southeast of Morocco. It's a small town in the Big Sahara Desert, not too far from the Algerian border. It's known as the door to Erg Chebbi, a huge stretch of sand dunes.
In Morocco there are two main desert attractions, Erg Chebbi in Merzouga and Erg Chegaga in Zagora Region, the latter needs 4x4 car to reach the middle of it.

🍵🍵🌿International Tea Day is observed annually on May 21, according to the United Nations. The concerning resolution was adopted on December 21, 2019 and calls on the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization to lead the observance of the Day.🍵🍵
In Morocco, brewing and drinking tea is a much-loved tradition that signifies hospitality & friendship, it is carried out with great care. Using green tea as a base, with mint, absent, thyme or oregano with sugar( sometimes a lots of sugar🍬🍬) Moroccan tea or what we call it the berber whiskey 😉 is served throughout the day; in the morning, in the "second breakfast", before or after lunch, with snakes and at night too.

I'm not one to be the center of attention. If it happens it happens I'm not going to gloat over it. There is way cooler scenery out there than me in my pictures. That's just me. I would want the audience to see what is outside of your comfort zone and tackle it. For me my comfort zone is hard to come by since I'm busy busy busy! With all these adventures comes risk which can be hard to come by. With my background if I feel comfortable and manage my risk I will climb that rock or peak. Then again this is my backyard and with the knowledge I know I try not to think about it much and tackle it head on. Same with everyone else. Enjoy what you love and keep growing by taking risk and tackling it :) 🤙

Ben Youssef Madrasa also transliterated as Bin Yusuf or Ibn Yusuf Madrasa, is an Islamic medrasa in the red city Marrakech. Functioning today as a historical site, the Ben Youssef Madrasa was the largest Islamic college in Morocco at its height. he madrasa is named after the adjacent Ben Youssef Mosque founded by the Almoravid Sultan Ali Ben Youssef (reigned between 1106 &1142). The madrasa building which stands today was commissioned by the Saadi (or Saadian) Sultan Abdellah Elghalib, following a style established during the earlier Merinid dynasty.

Dar El Bacha was Built in 1910, it means "house of the pasha", was the residence of Thami El Glaoui, who was given the title of pasha (roughly "governor" or other high official) of Marrakech by the Sultan Moulay Youssef in 1912. For years he was the most powerful political figure of the Moroccan south under French rule. He built his private palace on a lavish scale to impress guests. Some illustrious guests who visited Dar el Bacha include Colette, Maurice Ravel, Charlie Chaplin, Josephine Baker, Winston Churchill among others.The palace was renovated by the Fondation nationale des musées (FNM) of Morocco and converted into a museum known as the Dar El Bacha – Musée des Confluences.
