For the New Year event, we offer a very special tours ,and are so different than what all the companies offer from Marrakesh or Fez ,so we offer 2 packages that sweet our guests better ,one is a 4 days 3 nights start and end in Marrakesh ,and one is 3 days 2 nights ,start from Marrakesh ,end in Fez .
we start our tours from Marrakesh on December 31 ,and we spend the new year night in a very wonderful (calm) Oasis (Skourra Oasis ) in a beautiful and cozy guest house ,with a special meal and local music .we know many people would be more interest to spend that night in the desert in the middle of dunes ,but just to make clear the desert is full of tourists on the new year night ,and will not be a real Moroccan overnight camping experience.
Because it will be like you spend it in a city ,not in the desert ,also the weather is too cold and with many tourists less blankest, and very low service ,as well the camels are a very big problem ,because always the number of tourists is so much higher than the number of camels they have ,so its easy to wait for many hours and miss the sunset and sunrise .so just to skip all the typical “touristy” stuff we though to avoid the desert on Dec 31,and go there on January 01 ,but if you would like to start the tour from Marrakesh on December 30 and spend the new year night at the desert we will be happy to offer to you
