Ouzoud Waterfalls:

At a little more than 2.5 hours (150km) north east of Marrakech in the Middle Atlas Mountains are the Cascades of Ouzoud. The waterfalls are considered to be one of the most magnificent sights in the whole of Morocco, and definitely worth a visit if you are visiting Marrakech.
The falls, at over 100m high, are most photogenic in the mid afternoon when the sun starts to hit them and fabulous rainbows form. Although the currents in the pools at the bottom of the falls are treacherous, it is possible to take a refreshing dip in them.
Around the falls are several working watermills, olive (Ouzoud in Berber) trees and fabulous landscape, the focus of many preservation associations. For the more energetic, the area lends itself well to short treks.
Although the area attracts a number of visitors, its good walks and cafes are rarely overrrun, although it can be busy at weekends.
The trip starts at 8 :00 a.m from Marrakech and lasts for about 2 hours 40 mints. Great landscape one the way, short stops for pictures. Then we continue to visit imi ifri then head towards the falls.

Located just four hours from Marrakech. the one day tour to Ouarzazate and its legendary kasbahs, known for its spectacular sunsets and amazing mountain and desert sceneries. During the last decades, Ouarzazate expanded considerably as a garrison town and became the capital city for cinema in Morocco and in whole africa
Three hours drive takes you to the gateway of Sahara, traversing the Tichka Pass in the High Atlas. The steep mountain hillsides are clustered with fortified villages (Kasbahs). You'll spend the afternoon exploring the UNESCO world heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, used as a backdrop for shooting more than 20 films and was one of the most important fortress strongholds on the old Salt caravans route where traders brought slaves, gold, ivory and salt from Saharian Africa to Marrakech and beyond. After lunch in the Kasbah you'll visit the old Pacha Glaoui kasbahin Ouarzazate. This kasbah has an amazing story behind, intrinsically linked to the formation of Morocco as a country in the 20th century. After this we'll take you on a visit to the Atlas film studios where films such as the Mummy, Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia etc. have been shooted. Recommended year round.

Essaouira:
Essaouira is around 2.5 hours' due west of Marrakech and is considered as one of Morocco's most charming coastal fishing towns. Set on the Atlantic coast, the town is at the end of a 10 km long sandy bay and near a rocky coastline with offshore islands. The walled town is a great place for first time visitors to explore and there is a good choice of beach side activities.
Essaouira is fortunate to have an excellent climate, with cooling sea breezes in the summer (also good for water sports) and warming lowland air in winter. This lovely climate, together with its beautiful Portuguese architecture, has always attracted artists and poets, but it continues to be a traditional fishing port at its heart to this day.
Essaouira is the perfect destination for a day trip away from the hectic activity of Marrakech, with a vast array of things to do, including the visit Place Moulay El Hassan, The Skala, the harbour, the ramparts the Jewish distcrit called "Derb Lealouj....

The Ourika Valley in the High Atlas starts under 1 hour's drive south east of Marrakech, and offers a pretty escape from the summer heat of the city. Rising to around 1,200-1,500 metres, this is an ideal area for gentle hiking and is also popular with both Moroccan and visiting artists.
Starting at Souk Tnine de L'Ourika where the largest souk in the valley is held every Monday, the mule tracks follow the line of the Oued Ourika (Ourika river), which is relatively benign in summer but can be dangerous and subject to flooding during winter. The landscape is very lush and local village houses are built from bricks made from the local rich red soils.
Near the head of the valley, surrounded by the peaks of the High Atlas, is Setti Fatma, a village which is popular with visitors and which has been largely rebuilt after being subject to severe flooding in 1995. The village is a relatively quiet typical Berber village, well worth a wander around if time permits. A short walk and a bit of a scramble above the village are seven medium sized waterfalls; however, at times in the year these are inaccessible.
The Ourika valley is an escape from the bustling Marrakech, so take an advantage and book you a day trip to Ourika valley with us.
