Mosque Hassan 2 is a mosque located in Casablanca, Morocco. It is the largest mosque in Africa and one of the largest in the world, with a capacity to accommodate over 25,000 worshippers. The mosque was named after King Hassan II and was built between 1986 and 1993. Its architectural style is a blend of traditional Moroccan and modern design elements, and it features a minaret that is the tallest in the world. The mosque also includes a Koranic school, a library, and administrative offices.

Fes is primarily known for its Fes-El Bali walled medina, with medieval architecture, vibrant souks and Riads.

The medina is home to regilious schools such as Al Qarawiyyin which decorated with elaborate cedar carvings and ornate tile work.
