Fate brought me to Morocco. An accidental combination of factors dropped me into this amazing melting pot of cultures, colours, landscapes and food.
Ever fascinating, sometimes challenging, but never boring, it’s been home for over fifteen years. I’ve been lucky enough to live in Tangier, Essaouira, and Fes, but it’s Marrakech that always wins in the end.
To find this extraordinary country at all would be amazing. To find Morocco, with it’s deserts and souks, mountains and mosques, Imperial cities and wild forest, just 8 miles from Europe, is nothing short of a miracle.
