You can walk between the amazing palm trees and take a boat ride, or even sleep there waking up with lemurs, Maki and Sifaka are so cute and friendly. You just have to bring some bananas or fruits, and feed them gently, respecting the advices of the guide who knows them well.

The best restaurant in town so far!

Very calm and surrounded by plants, excellent food in term of quality and quantity, super caring and nice people from the owner to the staff (special thanks to Yovan and Theogene), Restaurant La Kabane Fort Dauphin 614 knows how to welcome you and satisfy your appetite 😅
It's the only place which never disappoints us, the service's efficiency is very constant. They cook with love like a family, and you can really feel that.

They suggest different types of meals, and their specialities are:
- Chicken Burger (homemade bun and sauce)
- Stuffed Crab (recipe of Mrs. Marcelline)
- Grilled Zebu (Filet, skewers, green pepper sauce)
- Fresh fish etc...
However, they are also flexible on some requests.

If you like surfing and chilling at the beach with your friends, the team of Joe Kennedy and École de Surf Lenda will host you and share everything with you as if you're at home.
They are very simple and nice people, living only with what makes them happy.
This community of hard-working surfers started from nothing, but have always tried to be united and innovative. Their association, A.S.A.F (Association Surfeur Avenir de Fort-dauphin) can be very proud of what they achieved.

There you can eat (pre-order), drink, take surfing lessons or just relax listening to music. So let's support them by coming at Ampotatra Beach!
