🌕🎇Happy Thadingyut Everyone! 🎆🌕

The Thadingyut Festival, (also known as the lighting festival) is the second biggest festival in Myanmar after the Thingyan Festival. The people celebrated the festival by lighting up the candles, playing fireworks and flying out the hot air balloons to the sky to welcome the Buddha's descent from heaven after he preached the Abhidhama to his mother, Maya, who was reborn in the heaven. As a custom, it is held at the end of the Buddhist sabbath which is on the full moon day of the Burmese lunar month of Thadingyut.
