We toured around Myanmar, visiting Yangon, Inlet, Mandalay, cruise down the Irrawaddy to Bagan and finished on the beach in Nagapali. We had to fly to most places because of time restrictions. All our internal flights were booked through Asiapearltravels.com, who are a family run travel agent based in Yangon. One of their consultants Win Aung did all the bookings for us, and was very efficient. We booked all our accommodation independently; but had we known that Asiapearltravels.com could have booked the whole package for us, we would have definitely booked with them. I thoroughly recommend this company for tourist travel in Myanmar.

Are you a professional photographer? Want to hire the whole plane for sightseeing and for taking professional photography? Myanmar Airways is flying sightseeing trips from Mandalay Chanmyathazi Airport (ICAO: VYCZ) near Mahamuni Buddha Temple. The ten-seater single-engine Grand Caravan plane will fly over in the direction of Bagan-Nyaung U, Pyin Oo Lwin, or Monywa, and back to Chanmyathazi Airport.

If you can spend 750,000 Kyat (approx. USD 760) for about one to one and a half hour of sightseeing, you can hire the whole plane. On shared basis, it will cost less per person.
