This 3-bedroom apartment is ideal for families. It hosts up to 7 guests + a baby. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, a large modern and very well equipped kitchen, a large open plan (living, dining & study), main bathroom, 1 private ensuite, a terrace and a balcony (with great views of the pool garden and the Gozitan countryside (incl. a traditional windmill) and communal (shared) pool and garden. The apartment is in the beautiful traditional village of Qala. It forms part of a medium sized complex and is located in a nice, clean and quite street with plenty of free parking spaces on the street. Qala is one of the most sought after villages in Gozo and is considered as one of the best places to use as a base to explore the beauties of is the island. The village square is one of the liveliest in Gozo. There are at least 8 good bars and restaurants in the square and in the outskirts and there are plenty more in the neighbouring villages of Mgarr, Ghajnsielem and Nadur. Qala is also known for being a social place where locals, Maltese, tourists, travellers and local foreigners meet and get to know each other over a drink or a coffee. Qala is surrounded by beautiful walks and amazing country side and sea views and there are 2 beaches within walking distance. All other beaches and towns are within 3 to 20 minutes drive from the apartment. There are some grocery shops, a pharmacy and a bakery but there are plenty of mini and large supermarkets in Mgarr, Ghajnsielem, Nadur and Victoria. The closest ATM Machine is in Nadur, less than 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Getting around:

Renting a car is the best way to explore Gozo but the public transport in Gozo is very cheap and efficient. There are regular direct buses to and from Qala, Victoria (Rabat) and Mgarr Harbour where one can exchange bus and go to any other place is Gozo. The closes bus stops are located 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is only 7 minutes walk from the main square. Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed - Bedroom 2 (Main with ensuite): 1 x King size bed + Nice modern baby cot - Bedroom 3: 3 x bunk beds - Other: Large & comfortable sofa (very comfortably for 1 guest). Rates:

Between €45 and €140 per night depending on the day, season, stay, duration and number of guests. Cleaning fee: €55.00 per stay (Extra cleaning for long stays available at an extra cost). Minimum stay: Depending on season/period. On confirmation of the booking we will email you a detailed manual of the apartment, the GPS address, directions to the apartment, photos of the complex facade & directions to the apartment within the complex. Facilities:

Linen & towels (incl. some beach/pool towels), cutlery& crockery (including plastic ones for children and pool), kitchen utensils, pots and pans, fridge & freezer, reverse osmosis system, electric hob & oven, kettle, coffee machine (small mocha), toaster & toasty maker, a 55" smart TV, basic cable TV channels, Free wi-fi, 2 emergency lights, fire alarm, extinguisher and jacket, First aid kit, Pool furniture & equipment, 4 ACs (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living area), 4 ceiling fans (1 in double bedroom, 1 in main bedroom and 2 in the living area), DVD player, some DVDs, various Malta and Gozo Guides, playing cards, some books, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, 2 toilets, 1 bath and 1 shower. Other things to note:

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and pool garden. Parties & Barbecues are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Please inform us if you need to use the baby cot so that we'll set it up before your arrival.

30% Deposit on confirmation / Remaining balance of 70% to be paid up to one week before check-in.

In case of a government lockdown that wouldn't allow tourists travelling to Gozo, 100% of the deposit will be refunded or we can keep the deposit and postpone your trip to a future date.
