We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Group Travel Coordinator to manage local and overseas group correspondence, ensure smooth pre-arrival and on-site support, issue and update proforma invoices, and oversee group bookings from confirmation to completion. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to coordinate effectively with agents and suppliers to secure all necessary information and arrangements in a timely manner.

The prospective candidate is expected to be computer literate and be able to correspond fluently in both English and French and/or Italian.

Destination Services Assistant

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Destination Services Assistant to join our growing team.

Working hours:
• From 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM (from Monday to Friday)

Duties and responsibilities:
• Coordinate, arrange services, and oversee logistics for individual and group tours
• Loading of customer bookings into internal systems accurately and promptly
• Loading of stop sales into internal and third-party systems efficiently and without errors
• Deliver essential pre-activity information to customers through email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels
• Respond to customer inquiries across various topics in a timely and helpful manner
• Update non-bookable content, translations, and other details across multiple websites and platforms
• Handle emergency and other general incoming phone calls
• Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
• The prospective candidate is expected to be computer literate with proficiency in the use of MS Tools and has confidence in their ability to learn new internal systems / software during the training period
• Able to correspond fluently in English, both spoken and written. The ability to correspond in any other language would be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills with a positive customer service attitude
• Excellent organization skills, diligence, and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• A can-do mindset with the capability of resolving any operational / emergency issues which may arise with immediate attention, whilst maintaining a cordial approach with all customers and / or providers
