There is a spacious open plan living/dining area with a hand made fitted modern kitchen with all the appliances you would expect, including an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. This open living area includes a breakfast bar, an internal garden, wood burning stove, comfortable seating, dining suite and is fitted out with a large flat screen TV, DVD, modern stereo system and broadband wireless in

ternet. All with views out over the sun deck, pool, open countryside and the Sea. We have 4 double en suite bedrooms (two double and two twins) plus a luxury overflow double en suite bedroom, all with balcony/patio and views. We can sleep up to ten people in all. The Master bedroom has a 9 metre by 3 metre sundeck with breathtaking views to the south over countryside and the Sea and to the side of the bedroom, is the master bathroom and which includes a spacious shower and Jacuzzi bath with another balcony and superb view over the sleepy town of San Lawrenz. The entrance has a quaint court yard garden and to the rear of the house a south facing swimming pool set within a spacious sundeck area. As you walk into the house you will see a traditional Gozetan stone staircase with wrought iron rails directly in front of you leading up to the bedrooms. As you pass the attractive modern cloakroom you will be entering the open plan living area, with kitchen and dining table that seats up to twelve people where you can entertain family and friends. There is a simple well designed lounge with a large seating area with views of the swimming pool and the breathtaking valley (Conservation area) leading down to the inland sea.
