At the charity event last night, Friends of Kenya Malta were honoured by the generosity that has no ethnic boundaries. The President, Dr Ivana Legname, and the Treasurer, Chris Harms, welcomed the guests at the headquarters of the Għaqda Filarmonika Prince of Wales Own where the splendid evening was made possible thanks to the support of all the artists, specifically Artistic Director Alessio Pagano, who conducted the Malta International Choir, composed of 20 singers from different nationalities. The guests were catapulted by the gipsy music of the Alegria Dance Company, who livened up the evening to the sound of castanets and steps. A great and emotional performance was given by Soprano Rosabelle Bianchi, who performed Maltese and Italian folk songs. Our thank you also goes to model Tatiana Starkova whose face became a canvas on which Alessio Pagano Dritto airbrushed the Kenyan savannah. The evening ended with a performance of Christabelle Scerri and her warm and embracing voice, followed by DJ Claudio whose music got quite a few donors to dance.
All distinguished guests enjoyed the wine sponsored by Delicata and the Pizzas provided by SOTTO Pinsa Romana Valletta.
The raffle during the evening also created much joy among the Participants. The 15 prizes were donated by Vetrerie Andolfi Roberto, FRANKS - The Art Of Living Beautiful, Italo Malta, JB Department Stores, Stefano Polci Hairstylist, Camilleri Paris Mode, Malta Escape Room 125, and Niumee Malta.
