NOW HIRING: Boat Skipper

This role is responsible for ensuring we deliver an outstanding experience and safe journey for our customers.

Requirements:

- Must be experienced as a Skipper
- Must be in possession of: BOAT MASTER GRADE 2, ENGINE DRIVER GRADE 3, and GPH certificate
- Work will include party cruises and day charters
- The right applicant would be well presented, good with the public, and have hospitality experience
- Must manage passenger and crew safety on board at all times
- Perform day-to-day upkeep of the vessel, including oil and filter changes

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic crew to join our team at Boat Chartering Malta!

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the operation and maintenance of the boat
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers
- Providing excellent customer service and attending to guests' needs
- Helping with docking, anchoring, and navigation
- Assisting in setting up and organising onboard activities and events

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of boat operations and maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- English speaking; additional languages are a plus
