Candidates should be over 21 years and over and hold a valid driving license.

Lunch consists of local bread spread with homemade tomato spread; topped with a drizzle of local virgin olive oil and Gozo's famous peppered cheeselets for starters. Next is Gozo's unique ftira (known also as Gozo's traditional pizza) with its crunchy base topped with potatoes, olives, and tomatoes.. Finish off with a taste of the irresistible traditional sweet - halva (helwa ta tork) for dessert. Wash it all down with a glass of local wine.
