Buongiorno a tutti, in questi giorni ci siamo trivati in grande difficolta per I tour costa est, lo skipper a cui siete piu affezionati si é ammalato, vi ringraziamo per l empatia e il sostegno mostrato, e per la comprensione
Siamo una piccola impresa a conduzione familiare, chi sceglie Calypso sceglie servizi di qualita e professionalita, quando non siamo In grado di effettuare un tour al Massimo delle nostre prestazioni preferiamo cancellarlo.
Non siamo grandi tour operator con esercito di sostituti al seguito come in una catena di montaggio. Annulliamo se crediamo che il risultato finale non sia ottimale e soprattutto se la sicurezza a bordo e compromessa, non solo dei nostri ospiti ma anche del nostro staff, a cui teniamo molto.

Tutti I servizi ripartiranno a breve, ci scusiamo per il disservizio

are a small family business, who chooses Calypso chooses quality services and professionalism, when we are not able to carry out a tour to the maximum of our performance we prefer to cancel it.
We are not big tour operators with an army of replacements in tow like an assembly line. We cancel if we believe that the end result is not optimal and especially if the safety on board is compromised, not only of our guests but also of our staff, whom we care about very much.
