OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT TRANSIT PORT WITH OIL BUNKER SUPPLY TERMINAL, DRY DOCK, AIRPORT AND A COMMERCIAL CITY FOR BUSINESSES
The objectives will be to provide:
• Support the development of the industries and sustainable economy to the country
• Generate profits from the activities

Transit Port capacity of 3.5 million containers AND for loose cargo within area of 12 sq. km

• Facilities to load and unload
• Storage and transhipment

• Storage and distribution of loose cargo
• Lease, repair and storage of containers
• Insurances for the cargo
• Cleaning and repair of containers
• Port, financial and cruise ship management,
• Management of container terminals and processing zones
• Credit notes, cargo expertise by way of drawn work
• Change crew service
Oil bunker supply terminal Capacity of 3 million tons to start with an expandition up to 12 million tons

• Storage tanks for oil dealers to store their oil
• Service vessels at Transit Port
• Safety accessories and devices
Dry dock facility for 4 ships repairs at any given time
• Facilities for on-show and offshore ship repairs
• Engine overhauls
• Workshops with extensive storage and office facility
• Structural Steelwork and fabrication and pipework

Airport to handle Transit Cargo of 1 million containers and Passengers min of 10,000 at any given time
• Complete high tech infrastructure to handle TRANSIT cargo and passengers

• Emergency rescue operation service to the port
• Efficient ground transportation
Commercial City – Cosmopolitan City
• Providing accommodation for a comfortable residential capacity of 600,000 inhabitants
• Provision of Facility to House Government Ministerial branches as relevant to any Major City.
• Provision of Facility to International Organizations and Consulate branches as relevant to any Major City
