JET LEISURE MALDIVES, a Destination Management Company recognised as Top Producer in 2021 by Travel Trade Maldives (TTM). Managed by Jetwing Travels, Sri Lanka.

We are looking for young, dynamic and committed individuals in order to fill the following positions in our office in the Maldives.

MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:-

To be in overall charge of the Company & Develop New Business.
· Setting Objectives, Targets and Budgets for the Company.
· Building, Developing & Expanding relationships with the Resorts, Overseas Tour Operators and Clients.
· Constant negotiations with Resorts / Hotels ensuring Preferred Rates, Special Offers, Room Allotments & Contracts.
· Conduct / Facilitate Product Presentations, Agents Familiarization Trips etc….
· Work closely with Jetwing Travels Team and assist with their efforts to promote business to the Maldives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:-

· Minimum 6 years working experience in Sales / Tour Operations with at least 3 years of them in the Maldives.
· Sound knowledge in handling enquiries, quotations, resort rate negotiations & contracting.
· An in-depth knowledge of the resorts, also having worked &/or visited.
· Excellent Communication both spoken & written in English with Strong Interpersonal Skills.
· Knowledge of a foreign language/s will be a distinct advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.


RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:-

· Responding to inquiries received from Agents & Tour Operators and Providing :
o Quotations and checking room availability.
o Information on resorts, guidelines and policies related to travel to the Maldives.
o Reservation Orders for confirmed reservations.
o Cancellation/payment deadlines of each booking & monitor compliance of same.
· Preparing offers and circulating to agents.
o Checking arrival & departure flight details of confirmed reservations.
o Circulation of general information / latest updates concerning Tourism in the Maldives tourism.
o Web presentations for Agents and Tour Operators.
o Circulate Maldives arrival statistics at the end of each month.
o Preparing Winter / Summer Tariff & circulate to all partners in advance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:-

· Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel industry in a similar capacity.
· A Sales and Marketing experience will be an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tour Management Systems.
· Good written, spoken & verbal communication skills in English.

Accommodation, Meals, Medical Insurance & Return air ticket annually
