Yesterday we stopped at the "shrimp" truck. Two kg of huge head-on shrimp for $200 MNP. Joe started up a batch of ceviche (today's lunch). Butter and garlic on the other pound over rice for dinner. Happy hour was good rose (brought in luggage) while watching turtles surface in the surf from the terrace. Turtle Bay Cafe for dinner tonight...

Almost forgot it was National Margarita Day Feb. 22.
1 part fresh lime juice, 2 parts Licor de Naranja (Controy or triple sec), 4 parts tequila, sweeten with little bit of agave nectar, shake on ice. The guys at LolHa palapa bar make the best, besides mine.
