Hello, everyone!

Are you currently enjoying the seaside? Aren't you missing the mountains and the thrill of adventure? Have you heard about the Arco del Tiempo in Chiapas? It's unique in the world! I'm planning a five-day trip from March 7th to March 12th. The package includes everything - transfers, flights, hotel, food, and a three-day adventure in the jungle involving hiking, camping, and climbing, all guided by an English-speaking guide. 8:30 AM - All Level Yoga Flow class with Sharyn where we will introduce Sun Salutations along with Standing & sitting poses incorporated into a flow to help warm up the body & muscles. Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes or bathing suit for our yoga practice & water. (If You do not have a yoga mat a towel will do the trick!) Every class is great for all ages 🙏😁

9AM - Ice bath with Suzana where she will introduce a meditative breathing exercise for preperation to help you handle the cold temperature of the Ice bath. This therapy has SO many benefits from supporting the healing process with body aches, pains & inflammation to helping with dealing with every day stresses 🙂

10AM - All Levels Bachata class by León & Sharyn where You Will learn the basic steps of bachata followed by a short choreography in partners to help you shine on the dance floor in the social dance events 💃 🕺 Every class is geared for all ages 😃
