Our services:full or part time project management
·Regular jobsite visits
·Weekly progress reports & photos
·Jobsite meetings with homeowners and builder
·Contractor referrals
·Consultation as needed
·Inventory of building materials on site
Weekly reports include:
·Number of workers onsite, including contractor, foreman & labourers
·Equipment onsite
·Progress made over the last week, including the phase of construction and a forecast of what should be completed in the following week
·Comments or concerns regarding scheduling and materials that need to be ordered or selected.

Troy’s experience in construction is vast, from running a successful construction business in San Diego to building spec homes in Baja and designing and building his own home here in 2007.
