Cross the street and enjoy over 5 miles of safe bike paths and walkways.

Paseo de Cocoteros Path- This lovely trail is easily accessible from across the street and is ideal for walking, running and cycling. An awesome way to see the area you pass through beautiful tropical landscapes, hotels, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, the Nuevo Nayarit Marina and the Paradise Mall. OXXO is along this path a few blocks away from Casa Chapman.

Path to Mega and La Comer markets - Walk less than one mile to supermarkets, coffee shops, and Gym. 

Flamingos Greenway Path to Bucerias - The walk and bike path is accesible a few blocks from Casa Chapman and right off the Paseo de Cocoteros Path. This pathway is about half a mile long and runs along a peaceful park setting with benches.

We recommend FAT BIKE RENTAL just a few blocks down from our house located in the Hotel Krystal next to OXXO.

LA ALBERCA

Enjoy the pool in our gated community. We have seats, tables and lounge chairs, bathrooms, outdoor showers and a lovely poolside Palapa. WIFI is also available for a relaxing day at the pool.

FLAMINGOS BEACH

Flamingos Beach is directly across from Casa Chapman. The entrance to the beach is 200 meters from the house. Stretching 14 kilometers in length, Flamingos Beach is one of the longest and most pristine beaches in all of Banderas Bay. The area is also known for its wildlife, including turtles, dolphins and humpback whales.

THE PEACEFUL, NATIVE GARDEN. designed by Rosario and Miguel.

The beautiful garden is private, peaceful and relaxing with lounge chairs and covered seating. Enjoy the garden with a morning coffee or an evening drink. Rosario and Miguel designed the garden with native and medicine plants.

THE CELOSIA

The Celosia provides a well ventilated and stunning entryway into our home.

THE SPACE

Entry into the home is through a two story atrium with a floor to ceiling fully ventilated celosia. This leads into a great room where the kitchen, dining area and entertainment area are located. The great room is generous with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for optimum ventilation and light. The house offers Wifi, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms and two (2) bedrooms share a bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have independent air-conditioning units, and the great room has two air conditioning units. Three (3) bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, and one (1) bedroom has extra large windows for maximum air circulation. The house is located within a 24 hour guarded residential complex. There is a private pool just for the guests of the housing complex. One of the entrances to Flamingos beach is across the street from the house through an electronic gate.
