Ok friends. Many of you have stated you are interested in purchasing something in puerto aventuras/ riviera maya if the price is right. Well, these 4 units just became available. I think they are priced well and might be purchasing one myself. The 5 digit ones are 1-bedroom units and the 6-digit ones are 2-bedroom units. Let me know if you are interested as I think they will move fast.

It was exactly 10 years ago today that a very similar (and by that I mean exactly the same) weather system was present with the same exact low pressure. Not to much concern was given as it was not even a tropical depression at 10 pm on Monday evening. Tuesday morning a category 3 hurricane was formed and 2 days later we were plummeted by the slow moving strongest category 5 (they actually considered creating a category 6) ever recorded, Wilma. I will never forget those 72 hours. I am quite grateful for the rain and pray that history does not repeat itself.

This is an amazing cause brought to you by even more amazing friends. With the booming tourist industry, small communities far enough away that they do not get an economic boost, yet close enough that they are effected by the higher costs of goods that the area demands.

This is direct help to those that mostly need and appreciate clothing, blankets, school supplies and so much more. Help us help them. I can attest first hand that the funds are being applied correctly and from the heart delivered.

We are getting really close to finalizing the rebuild of our 39 foot express cruiser "Blue Moon".

The weather has been great and "Raiatea" is at prime condition ( minus some paint).
